Social Sciences are the studies of aspects of human society. These include anthropology, archaeology, psychology, sociology, economics and history. Most of these subjects are fairly research-based studies, so primary research and research-based projects are common. Like the “hard” sciences, social sciences work with qualitative and quantitative data and incorporate research from primary and secondary sources.
